About me…

I consider it a blessing to walk alongside individuals, couples, and young adults as they discover who they are, in Christ. My heart is to create a compassionate, safe, and welcoming space where healing, growth, and restoration can truly flourish.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Community Counseling from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Business from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Developmental Psychology with a Marriage and Family Certificate through Liberty University to deepen my understanding and further strengthen the support I offer my clients.

My professional experience includes serving as an inpatient mental health therapist in Colorado Springs, working with children and young adults in ministry and school settings, and counseling both survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence. I’ve also spent two years with the Department of Veterans Affairs helping Veterans navigate their benefits and supporting them through major life transitions. Additionally, my work has involved close collaboration with law enforcement agencies and military service members, with a special focus on trauma and PTSD. I am passionate about serving first responders, law enforcement and their families and help to offer hope and help through therapeutic services for those who have served our communities.

In my counseling practice, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while integrating other therapeutic approaches as needed to best meet each person’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a journey—not a destination. My desire is to walk with you through your healing process, offering support, encouragement, and clinical expertise, while trusting that the Lord, in His grace, meets us where we are and leads us toward wholeness

I am so thankful you found Abundance Counseling Center and look forward to meeting you! I count it a blessing to walk alongside individuals, couples, and young adults as they discover who they truly are in Christ. My hope is that you can find the help and healing that you are desiring and that my training and experience will guide you on your journey, with supportive care.

SERVICES OFFERED

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to explore the hurts, hang-ups, and challenges you’re facing. Together, we look at the thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns that may feel unhelpful or unhealthy, and work toward understanding what isn’t serving you anymore. No matter your background, experience, profession, faith, or situation, you will find a space that is welcoming and caring.

I use a cognitive behavioral approach, paired with a lens of biblical truth, to help you gain insight, heal at a deeper level, and step into the abundant life you were created to experience. My goal is to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and discover new freedom and clarity in your everyday life.

Couples Therapy

In couples sessions I provide a supportive space where both partners feel heard and understood. I help you slow down the conversations that usually become tense, and together we explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected. My role is to guide you toward clearer communication, deeper understanding, and healthier ways of responding to each other.

During our sessions, you can expect a balanced, compassionate environment where each of you has room to share your experience. We’ll identify the underlying needs and emotions that drive conflict, practice new ways of expressing them, and build tools you can use at home to create lasting change.

Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or hoping to strengthen your bond, I’m here to help you reconnect, feel more supported in your relationship, and move forward as a stronger team.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a supportive and encouraging space where you can connect with others who are navigating similar struggles. In this shared setting, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions while gaining new perspectives, encouragement, and insight from the group.

Using a cognitive behavioral approach, along with a lens of biblical truth, I guide the group in developing healthier patterns, fostering connection, and discovering meaningful tools for growth. Together, we create a safe community where you can heal, learn, and experience the hope and abundance you were meant to live in.
